With the nights drawing in now, I popped up to the end of the Pier in Llandudno to take this shot of the illuminated Pierhead Pavilion:

    I take it the pier company and not the council are responsible for the illuminations?

    I remarked on Sunday evening to my wife as we drove down from the Craigside direction, how striking the illuminations on the pier and especially the end buildings, were in the darkness.
